At Trainz, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion picks. If your order isn't the perfect fit, you can return any unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Trainz account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all clothing tags remain attached and the product is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
