This item has been graded per TCA standards C-7: Excellent based on visual appearance. The engine struggles to run due to a high amperage draw and is being sold As-Is. The locomotive and tender show scratches and spots of paint loss throughout various sections of the shell and chassis. This item has been inspected by our repair shop.
