Here is a Sunset Models HO Scale BRASS H-6sb 2-8-0 Steam Locomotive & Tender DCC - Painted. This unit features brass construction, side rods. Metal wheels, and motor. Please see my pictures for additional features.
Introduced as a relative 'Late-comer" to the industry the 2-8-0 would quickly rise to popularity as a freight hauler the late 19th and early 20th century with its use spanning from the US to Europe. Hailed for its versatility during its run, the 2-8-0 would serve as a heavy freight hauler for various rail-ways before eventually seeing its use wind down starting in 1915. With a handful now in museums, there is still one model still operating in Pennsylvania today!
This item has been graded per TCA standards (Restored/Repainted) R-3: Good based on visual appearance. The headlight does not illuminate. There are light nicks and scratches on the surface of the shell and chassis. The original box is included. The instruction manual is not included. This item has been inspected by our repair shop.
