This is a Marx 4000 New York Central AA Diesel Locomotive Set from 1953. Included is a powered and non-powered unit. Features include a motor, a reverse unit, an operating headlight, decorative horns, plastic sided metal trucks, metal hook rear couplers, wedge pilot coupler on dummy unit, and metal wheels.

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good based on visual appearance. The non-powered locomotive is beginning to show some hairline cracking on the rear end of the shell. Each locomotive shows scratches and paint loss throughout various sections of the shell and chassis. Each locomotive shows rust on the chassis and trucks.
