Marx 3085 Vintage O William Crooks Set VG

This is a Marx 3085 William Crooks Set. Included are a Wells Fargo steam locomotive and tender and two tinplate passenger cars. The locomotive features metal wheels, a plastic body, and an operating headlight. The passenger cars are constructed of metal and feature wedge couplers, metal trucks, and metal wheels. They measure 7 inches long each.

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good based on visual appearance. Each car shows rusting on the wheel-axles. The smoke stack piece on one of the passenger cars is loose from its mount. The lettering and paint on the tender is heavily faded. The locomotive and cars show scratches and spots of paint loss throughout various sections of the shell and chassis. The locomotive and cars show rust throughout various sections of the chassis and trucks. The instruction manual is not included. The original box is not included.
