This item has been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good based on visual appearance. The tender's headlamp piece is broken and moves freely. Both units show thick bubbling and a rough paint texture throughout much of the shell. The locomotive and tender show scratches and spots of paint loss throughout various sections of the shell and chassis. This item has been inspected by our repair shop.
