It features a die-cast frame, plastic shell, decorative bell, motor, 3-position forward-neutral-reverse-unit, an operating headlight, operating metal knuckle couplers, and metal wheels. This is the Type II Version featuring hand rails held in place by three stanchions.

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good. This item shows scratches, dents, scrapes, nicks, and paint loss throughout various sections of the shell and chassis. This item shows rust on the hand rails. The hand rails are slightly bent, loose, and discolored. There is sticker residue on the roof of this item.
