This car is part of the 'TCA' Passenger set a series of Passenger Cars made for the Annual Train Collectors Association (TCA)'s Conventions during the 1980s. This one was made for the 1984 convention in Pittsburgh. It features die-cast 6-wheel trucks with operating couplers and an illuminated interior with passenger silhouetted windows and measures 12 inches long.

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-7: Excellent based on visual appearance. The wheels and rolling pickups show signs of average use.
