Lionel 6-29286 O Gauge Overstamped Conrail/Reading & PC/NH 2-Car Boxcar Set LN/Box

Here is a Lionel 6-29286 O Gauge Overstamped Conrail/Reading & PC/NH 2-Car Boxcar Set. These overstamp cars depict the transition period in railroad mergers when the new company simply writes over the old writing in an effort to get the cars back out on the road in a hurry. Here we have a New Haven Boxcar overstamped with Penn Central lettering, and a Reading Boxcar with Conrail overstamping. Each car features a plastic construction with sliding doors, die-cast metal sprung trucks, metal wheels, and operating knuckle couplers.

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-8: Like New based on visual appearance. The original box is included. Please see my pictures for additional features. Overall condition is Like New.
