Lionel 6-22982 ZW Postwar Celebration Series Controller VG

Here is a Lionel 22982 190 Watt ZW Postwar Celebration Series Controller from 1999. This new ZW differs from the older Postwar Era ZW in that the new model does not have the actual transformer power coil inside the transformer, but instead connects to up to four 180 watt power supplies (sold separately). The ZW controller itself houses the throttles, direction buttons and whistle/horn buttons. You can connect up to 4 of the Lionel 6-22983 180 Watt power bricks to get up to 720 Watts of power, more than twice that of a postwar ZW.

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good based on visual appearance. There are light nicks, scratches, and spots of surface rust on the surface of this item. Additionally, lettering and numbering shows signs of wear due to use and aging. This item has been out on display previously and its overall appearance could be significantly improved with a thorough dusting or a light wipe down. Post nuts are a little rusted.
