Lionel 6-14065 O Gauge 463 Operating Nuclear Reactor LN/Box

Here is a Lionel 6-14065 O Gauge 463 Operating Nuclear Reactor from 2000. With this accessory you load steel pellets in and out come glow-in-the dark atomic fuel pellets with a lot of flashing lights going on inside during the process. The magnetized side crane arm is used for removing metal objects from a waiting car. Once raised, the objects are loaded into a bin inside the dome where they awaited release down a chute on the front of the reactor. Two flashing lights on the interior added a final enhancement. This features all new tooling, single can motor, die-cast crane arm, stamped metal base and upper dome, detailed molded lower dome, manual or remote operation, interior sequential lighting, interior strobing LED, 1 bag of steel pellets, 1 bag of glow-in-the-dark isotope material, inner dome is plated for maximum reflection of light. It measures 15 inches x 12 inches x 8 1/2 inches.
