Here is a Lionel 3830 Vintage O Flatcar with Operating U.S. Navy Submarine from 1960-63. Yes, the submarine actually will operate underwater! It is rubber band powered. You wind up the nose cone to energize it. This car features plastic trucks, operating knuckle couplers, metal wheels and axles.

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good based on visual appearance. The wheel assembly has rust. There are light nicks and scratches on the surface of the shell and chassis.
