Lionel 3359 O Scale Vintage Operating Twin Bin Dump Car w/ Coal Load #335955 EX/Box
This is a Lionel 3359 O Scale Vintage Operating Twin Bin Dump Car w/ Coal Load #335955 from 1955-58. The car measures approximately 11 inches in length. When activated the bins ratchet up to dump their load into a waiting bin. The bins tip up sequentially; when one goes back down the other one goes up. There is also a locking lever to prevent the bins from tipping while going around the layout. This dump car features die-cast metal trucks, die-cast metal operating knuckle couplers, metal wheels and axles.
This item has been graded per TCA standards C-7: Excellent. This unit does not pick up power or run on the test track. This item shows some light scratches and spots of paint loss on the shell and chassis. This item is in overall excellent condition, free of broken trim pieces. The overall appearance of this item may be improved with a gentle and thorough cleaning. This item has been out on display previously and its overall appearance could be significantly improved with a thorough dusting or a light wipe down.
