Lionel 30 Vintage O Operating Water Tower VG

Here is a Lionel 30 Vintage O Operating Water Tower. This is the most common postwar version of the operating water towers. The operating part is simply that you can control the water spout to come down by remote control with the #90 Controller (not included). This is the successor to the earlier model 38 Water towers which actually had water inside. The #30 stands approximately 11 inches in height.

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good based on visual appearance. This item shows scratches, scrapes, nicks, and paint loss in various areas throughout the body, base, and detail pieces. The orange siding of the building is cracked, and the legs have white residue on them near the base. The plastic spicket is broken. This item has not been tested and is being sold As-Is. The overall appearance of this item may be improved with a gentle and thorough cleaning. The instruction manual is not included. The original box is not included.
