This item has been graded per TCA standards C-7: Excellent based on visual appearance. This locomotive is non functional due to physical damage and bad electrical circuits. The cabin is not secured to the locomotive. One of the ladders on the tender is not secured. The original box is included. The instruction manual is not included.
