Here is a Broadway Limited 2323 HO PRR H10s 2-8-0 Steam Locomotive & Tender w/Paragon2 Sound/DC/DCC #9915 (black, graphite).Features heavy die cast metal construction, Kadee compatible knuckle couplers and operating prototypical lighting including lighted front and rear marker lights. Dual mode equipped to run in DC and DCC operation with Paragon2 Sound, synchronized Puffing Smoke, adjustable bell intervals, multiple selectable whistles and programmable auto pilot.
Introduced as a relative 'Late-comer" to the industry the 2-8-0 would quickly rise to popularity as a freight hauler the late 19th and early 20th century with its use spanning from the US to Europe. Hailed for its versatility during its run, the 2-8-0 would serve as a heavy freight hauler for various rail-ways before eventually seeing its use wind down starting in 1915. With a handful now in museums, there is still one model still operating in Pennsylvania today!
