The locomotive features detailed plastic construction, a motor, headlight, and metal gears, wheels, and axles. The tender and passenger cars feature plastic scale couplers, plastic trucks, and metal wheels and axles. Please see pictures for features of this set.

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good based on visual appearance. The previous owner has installed a custom decoder on the tender. The decoder is dead leaving the set non-functional and being sold As-Is. The locomotive and the cars in this set have broken and missing trim pieces. The locomotive and cars show some scratches and spots of paint loss on the shell and chassis. This item has been inspected by our repair shop. Please see the attached picture for inspection details and additional operation information. The instruction manual is not included. The original box is included.
