Aristo-Craft 7109 G Elevated Switch Tower EX/Box

Here is an Aristo-Craft 7109 Elevated Switch Tower. It is illuminated and has an operating smokestove, pre-assembled and pre-painted in authentic colors. There are a pair of slide switches in the little red box individually turn the light and smoke on and off. The yellow box has a hinged roof, but there is nothing inside.

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-7: Excellent based on visual appearance. This item has figures inside. This item is missing remote. Some window inserts are missing. There are scratches, rust, scuffs, paint loss and marks throughout the item. This item has been out on display previously and its overall appearance could be significantly improved with a thorough dusting or a light wipe down. The instruction manual is not included.
