American Flyer 21918/21918-1 Vintage S Seaboard Diesel Locomotive Switcher Set VG

Here is an American Flyer 21918/21918-1 Vintage S Seaboard Diesel Locomotive Switcher Set. These twin black and red Baldwin switchers were produced in 1958. Extensive decoration was a hallmark of these locos, with black and red color scheme being highlighted by yellow safety stripes, white lettering and Seaboard logo. Both units had operating headlights and knuckle couplers.

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good based on visual appearance. There are scratches/nicks across the plastic bodies of both units. The powered unit is missing the Seaboard decals on both sides & the non-powered unit is missing a decal on one side. The powered unit is missing the rear cab wall & shows a broken front pilot. The overall appearance of this item may be improved with a gentle and thorough cleaning. The powered unit runs forward & reverse on AC. The original box is not included.
